Final Aegis is committed to having dedicated and knowledgable staff. Being a staff member requires a lot of time and effort. Before you submit this application, realize:

  1. VERY few applicants will be accepted. We have rather high standards, and don't always have an opening.
  2. If you choose to apply for a staff position, you are expected to remain active. Failure to do so will result in your staff account being removed and someone else taking your place.
  3. We generally take staff members from our playerbase, but there are occasionally exceptions. If you are not a player on the shard, your chances are a lot worse unless you were invited over here.
  4. If you are found cheating in any way, you will be dealt with according to the staff rules, which you are expected to read for your own good.
  5. You must explain what led you to this decision thoroughly. You are also expected to describe past experience with Sphereserver and your strengths and weaknesses. This will help us determine if you'd be a fit for any particular position. A paragraph isn't going to cut it.
  6. Don't waste our time. We are serious about what we say in this application. You should be just as serious.
