 A bloodstained book, written by an anonymous author: "Like a wave they came... trolls. They quickly covered the steppe without so much as a fraction of their army and began their push into Minoc. They outnumbered the resistance at least 10 to 1, but with a rallying cry, several knights, archers, and mages threw everything they had at the trolls. Many trolls were dispatched, but then a new horror crept up: Rangers, Mages, and Summoners lined up ahead of the largest troll I have ever seen. The troll was blood-red, and struck fear into my heart. The battle quickly took a turn for the worse. Arrows and spells flew at the resistance, killing many and wounding many more. Then, when all hope seemed lost, Bridget, who had hosted a party in the area recently, rushed onto the scene.
