 Declaration of war | Counter Attack | Appearance by Lord British A transcript by Ben, the tavernkeeper of The Quester's Home Tavern: "'Twas a pleasant day before the army came. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and the tavern was filled with guests. Then, all of a sudden, it grew dark. We heard the sound of marching coming closer and closer... now, this has not been the first run in with the undead army, but they have stayed well away from the tavern before. All of a sudden, the doors fly open, and a fellow clad in black walks in, followed by hundreds of ghosts. I wanted to be polite-like, so I asked the fellow if he cared for anything to drink. He replied 'Your blood', picked me up, and flung me against the wall. And was he strong! I lost consciousness for a while, but next thing I know, I hear the sound of metal against metal outside. I peeped out a window, and saw a group of 6 or 7 men battling against hundreds, perhaps thousands, of undeads that surrounded the tavern. And who did I see leading them, but Sir Richard Lisious, who I would like to add is a swell boss. The dark fellow shouts something to Sir Lisious, and he all of a sudden goes into a rage I've never seen him in before. He shouts 'Get out of my tavern!' in a really loud voice and starts fighting all the ghosts in here. After a long battle against what seems like hopeless odds, Richard Lisious and his group beat up all the ghosts and go for the dark fellow. Upon seeing this, the dark fellow mutters that we have not seen the last of him and he shall be back, and disappears, just like that. I'm worried that this might scare away the customers, and business has been a bit slower of late. Ah well, back to work." Quest began on: 4/20/02
